About Branches Of Our Holley Family
Please sign in to see more.
We have found in all the years of researching, that "family" is truly the tie that binds. So here begins our search to answer the questions that plagues most of us at one time or another and they are "Who am I?" and, "where did I come from?" I am a spiritual person, so neither question is hard, however, I am still curious about the people who our creator assisted in getting me here, aka my family.
As we have found in tracing our family surnames, doing Genealogy becomes, not just a hobby but an obseesion so, with this in mind...we are always be on the look-out for anything that will add a twig or a leaf, while always remaining hopeful that a branch will emerge that will continue to grow as a testament to our existence.
Here is hoping that our family trees will help you in your search and perhaps you might even be able to help us with ours.
Thank you for visiting our web site, I appreciate your interest. If you want to write me please do so, I love to hear from distant cousins and fellow researchers. However, be advised that I get so much mail that it takes me a very long time to answer it all, and by a "long time" I mean two or three weeks, sometimes a little longer. (Sometimes I respond much more quickly, depending on circumstances.) Please don't get angry or indignant with me if I don't respond quickly enough, after all I'm only human.
Now, here are some guidelines you should use when writing me as it will help us both faster:
1. WHO, WHEN AND WHERE - Be as specific as possible in your query. Names, dates and places are very helpful. The more you tell me upfront the more likely I will be able to assist you.
2. WHO ARE YOU? - Please sign your message for I like to know who I'm corresponding with by name (at least first name). I save all my mail, incoming and outgoing, and it helps to have a name to file it under instead of just an email address.
CONFIDENTIALITY: I will not share out any information given by you, unless I am told that it would be alright with you.
